Hopefully you like what you’ve heard so far, and you’re thinking of getting us on board. That’s great.
Let us clear some of your doubts-
1. How long have we been in operation?
We are a new organization (with members who have deep digital marketing experience) where brilliant minds have come together to strategize by connecting your ideas to the requirement, your investment to your business, your risk to your mitigation and your customer to you.
2. What kind of services do you provide?
Digital Rhetoric is a digital consulting firm providing end-to-end business solutions across web & mobile platforms and is based out of Pune, India.
3. What pricing model can we work on?
As an organization our focus is on solving our customers needs. While we do have pricing models depending on specific needs we are open to working with your available marketing budgets.
4. Do you have certification and accreditation?
Yes. We are certified Google and Bing Partners!
5. Where will my work happen?
Digital Rhetoric has its office in Pune that works on strategizing and designing your requirements. In this digital age geographical location is history. We have successfully been servicing our clients globally.
6. Why should I hire an agency rather than In-house?
You and your team are experts at what you do, in the same way that an agency are experts in marketing. The primary benefit of using a digital marketing agency is experience and resources. A digital marketing agency like Digital Rhetoric has access to knowledge and resources that you may not. Call us for a free evaluation.
7. What type of companies do you work with?
As a digital marketing firm our expertise lies in both B2B and B2C companies. We work with large accounts as well as Small & Medium size businesses.
The companies we are working with are those that have positioned themselves as industry leaders through traditional marketing methods and are now ready to take marketing in a “new direction” by leveraging digital and inbound marketing strategies.
8. Will we have a single point of contact or direct access to each team member?
You will have an inbound marketing consultant assigned to your account. This person will be your main point of contact. Besides, you will also have direct contact with members from each department (design, development, content, SEO and advertising).
9. If we are switching platforms, can you help us import data?
If you have any previous social media presence and account credentials we can definitely assist you in switching.
11. What marketing tools do you use, and are they proprietary?
Proprietary tools can lock you into staying with an agency and lock you out of your own marketing data, because only the agency will have the ability to update or change it. You need open, standard tools to be used, and you want to know that all of your data, creative work, and every other asset created in the course of a campaign will belong to you. All parts of the agency’s process should be transparent as well.
12. Will any of your services be outsourced to third-party providers?
In itself, outsourcing is not necessarily a bad thing, and a lot of smaller and even mid-sized agencies may work with outside, individual contractors such as writers or coders. This can be a way to lower the agency’s and your costs, since the agency can buy only the services it needs, when it needs them. You will, however, want assurances that the ongoing, strategic work and other critical parts of your campaigns will be done by the agency itself. We apply a combination of in house along with outsourced resourcing and this has worked optimally for our clients. However we DO stay as your one point of contact.
Services related FAQs
1. Why do I need SEO?
It is now estimated that approximately 80%-90% of customers will check online reviews before making a purchase. Search Engine Optimization gives your company a better chance of being seen by potential customers. According to Forbes, almost 60% of small businesses are now investing in some form of online marketing. So the odds are that your competitors are using SEO.
2. Can I stop and start SEO services as I go?
We strongly advise against starting and stopping Search Engine Optimization. SEO is not a sprint, it is a marathon, and results take time to develop and its through continual efforts that those results keep up. By stopping, you will lose results that someone else, such as your competition, will take advantage of and rise above you, and get in front of your customers.
3. How much does your agency charge for SEO?
We have flexible pricing models to suit our customers’ budgets regardless of their size. However, it is important to realize that the money you spend on SEO would need a minimum amount to be spent in order to give you an ROI. Speak with us to find out more.
